Spring Cleaning – To Toss Or Not To Toss – Your Toothbrush …

Every Three Months


Many dental professionals recommend changing your toothbrush about every three months, and the American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that you replace your toothbrush approximately every three to four months, or sooner if the bristles are frayed.  So toss that tooth brush out and grab a new one!  At least when someone asks what you did today, you can say, “Oh, I did some spring cleaning!”
